GameStop lists Game of the Year Edition for both consoles.

The first season of The Walking Dead may be coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 this June, judging by a listing at a major games retailer.
GameStop lists The Walking Dead: Game of the Year Edition for release on both platforms on June 17, which bundles in the complete first season along with its 400 Days add-on.
Telltale Games has yet to announce the game for either next-gen console.
Don't expect either release to include any of the episodes from Season Two, though, which is currently up to its second episode. The third episode has yet to be dated.
